MEET DR. DELPLANCHE
Dr. Remy Delplanche has over 30 years of experience serving Washington County & the Beaverton/ Hillsboro area. He was awarded Outstanding Graduate of the Year from Pacific University College of Optometry upon graduation in 1993. In 2016 he was awarded the Doctor of the Year Award by the Oregon Lions Sight & Hearing Foundation for work with the Beaverton School District & development of the Spot school screening system. He was raised on a farm here in the Pacific Northwest & is a graduate of both Jesuit High School & University of Portland. His wife Sally is a Spanish teacher at Valley Catholic Middle School, and together they have 4 children. Our current office has been serving Central Beaverton since 1996.
Dr. Remy is an active leader in his son's Scout troop and will often be found spending his free time camping in the rain, teaching & mentoring the next generation of young scouters, and helping with various service projects in our local forests, campgrounds and schools.

Dr. Remy has a diverse practice specializing in difficult to fit contact lens patients, vision therapy for children with reduced visual function & learning disabilities, diagnosis & treatment of head injury following trauma, medical management of eye disorders such as diabetes and glaucoma, treatment of dry eye syndrome, and of course offering full-service vision care for a family oriented practice. We are a primary referral source for the Beaverton School District for their most difficult vision cases.
